These terms apply to the AuraGlow AI mobile application (the “Application”). By using the Application, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact auraglowsup@gmail.com.
AuraGlow AI offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. The features, current price, billing period and any available introductory offer are shown in the Application before you confirm a purchase. Prices and offers may vary by region and eligibility. Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store.
If you start a free trial offered for an eligible subscription, the paywall and Apple’s purchase confirmation show its duration and the price charged after it ends. Unless you cancel, the subscription automatically renews at the applicable price for the selected period. You can manage or cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid period or trial, subject to Apple’s terms. Deleting the Application does not cancel a subscription. Use “Restore Purchases” in the Application to restore an eligible purchase. Refund requests for App Store purchases can be made through Apple.
The Application uses AI to provide aesthetic, color and outfit suggestions for personal inspiration. Results may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Do not rely on them as professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any photos or text you provide. Do not submit unlawful content or photos of someone else without their permission.
Features may change or occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions or third-party services. You may use the Application for personal purposes in accordance with applicable law and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Do not interfere with the Application’s operation or misuse its services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how photos, AI requests, analytics, diagnostics and purchase information are handled.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AuraGlow AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Application. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
We may update these terms when the Application or applicable requirements change. The revised terms and effective date will be posted here. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
